Reason:

Security has been enabled in the data dictionary for CA ADS. One or both of the following conditions are true:

• The user has not signed on to the DC/UCF system.
• The user does not have authority to perform the requested action.

Security for CA ADS is enabled by using the SECURITY FOR ADS clause of the DDDL SET OPTIONS command. Users are granted security authority by using the INCLUDE AUTHORITY clause of the DDDL ADD/MOD USER command.
