Reason:

Check whether the $ACF@TAT is disabled, which could have caused the error. The TAT might have been disabled if the user was doing several successive NEW COPY/SHOWMAP commands to load fresh copies of the TAT after batch runs of the TAT update utility, ADSOBTAT.
