Reason:
The TAR is the parm used by Data Transfer Services. The value in LTETARP or the value passed by the caller points to an invalid TAR. This indicates that the TAR has already been freed or that a storage overlay has occurred.
If the request is for a new session, the system attempts to continue processing. If the request is for a supposedly existing session, further error handling is performed.
