Reason:
A data packet containing a command element was received by the IDBCOMM module from the PC, but the data pertaining to the command is missing. This is an error in the mainframe/PC communication. IDBCOMM will terminate processing of the current request and ask the PC user to sign off. Note that this message does not appear at the user's terminal. Both the message and the task snap will appear in the log. Contact Technical Support.
