Reason:
The storage ID used by IDBCOMM for its global area is in use at the logical terminal by a task other than IDBCOMM. The probable cause is that a task (other than IDBCOMM) terminated earlier, leaving this resource behind with the same storage ID. Delete the resources associated with the storage ID and reinvoke IDBCOMM.
