Reason:
The start-up module found data-sharing group member &01 in an inconsistent state. This will lead to either a data-sharing group restart or a 3962 abend. In case of a 3962 abend, the inconsistency can be: a) the group member state is shutdown, while the journal indicates a warmstart is necessary; b) a data-sharing group restart situation was detected while an active group member exists.
