Reason:
The start-up module has been linked with the IDMSUSVC module. Multitasking requires the use of the CA IDMS SVC. If the intention was to run without the CA IDMS SVC, do not request multitasking. If the intention was to run with multitasking, do not link IDMSUSVC with the start-up module. This message results in a 3952 system abend.
