Reason:
The specified number of subscripts is not sufficient to resolve the offset of the map field within the record. Either too many subscripts (for example, 2,3,4 specified for field with two subscripts) or not enough subscripts (for example, 2,3 for a field with three subscripts) were specified. The proper number of subscripts for a multiply occurring field should be entered, to a maximum of three.
