Reason:
The device list selection for FILE was changed from N to Y for a previously defined online map. An online map can be changed to an external file map only if no fields are associated with the map. Once fields are associated with an online map, it cannot be changed to an external file map. EXTERNAL FILE maps and ONLINE maps are mutually exclusive.
Define a map with a new name or delete the online map to reuse the existing map name.
