Reason:
An attempt has been made to modify an existing map on a device (screen size) that is smaller than any device specified for the map when the map was created. For example, if 43X80 is the only screen size specified for a map, the user could modify the map on a screen smaller than 43X80, since the map could not be fully displayed on the smaller screen.
