Reason:

This informational message identifies a local transaction that caused an RRS commit to be rejected.

<program-name> is the name of the BIND application program (native DML) or the current application program name (SQL).
<subs/AM-name> is the subschema name (native DML) or the access module name (SQL).
<txn-id> is the local transaction identifier.

The message is followed by DC329017, which identifies the distributed transaction in which the local transaction participates.

Prior to issuing an RRS commit, all IDMS database access must be prepared to commit by issuing a COMMIT or FINISH.
