Reason:
During the VALIDATE process of the TCP/IP entity in the current system, the specified <stack-name> from the EXCEPT stack list has not found any matching name in the corresponding INCLUDE or EXCLUDE list. Any names specified in an EXCEPT list of stacks must belong to a sub-group of names defined by a wildcard in the INCLUDE or EXCLUDE list. Correct the name of the stack in the EXCEPT list, and reenter the VALIDATE/GENERATE statement.
