Reason:
A DCMT VARY TCP/IP STATUS OFF command with the QUIESCE option has just been canceled. The current status of TCP/IP depends on the parameter specified on the CANCEL command, or on the QUIESCE command if no option was specified on the CANCEL. If the KEEP option was specified on the CANCEL or QUIESCE command, then TCP/IP should now be active. If the FORCE option was specified on the CANCEL or QUIESCE command, then TCP/IP should now be inactive.
