Reason:
This message is displayed when a user submit a DCMT VARY TCP/IP request to change the current status of TCP/IP to <new-status>. <new-status> can be ON or OFF. When <new-status> is ON, <option> can be KEEP or RESET. When <new-status> is OFF, <option> can be QUIESCE or FORCE.
