Reason:
The user has issued a DCMT DISPLAY or VARY LOG command, but the DC/UCF system is not writing the log to the DDLDCLOG area of the data dictionary. The DCMT DISPLAY and VARY LOG commands are valid only when the system is logging to the data dictionary (that is, when LOG DATABASE has been specified in the system generation SYSTEM statement).
