Reason:
The PDE for program RHDCMTNU has the PROTECT attribute set on. The system was either generated that way or a DCMT command was issued to turn storage protect on for program RHDCMTNU. Either regenerate the CA IDMS/DC system stating NOPROTECT on the RHDCMTNU program definition or issue the DCMT VARY PROGRAM RHDCMTNU STORAGE PROTECT OFF command.
The protect attribute is the default for program definitions. NOPROTECT should be specified at system generation for the RHDCMTNU program definition.
