Reason:

An attempt to reload nucleus modules has failed because there are no entries in the nucleus reload table. Probable causes include the following:

No new copy requests have been issued
The nucleus reload table was deleted because the terminal operator signed off from the logical terminal
A nucleus reload was previously issued with no subsequent new copy requests
