Reason:
Control was passed to the RHDCMTNU module with an invalid major scan code. This is probably caused by an error in RHDCCTAB, which may have been incorrectly updated. The RHDCCTAB module translates master terminal commands into scan codes. Modify RHDCCTAB by deleting the invalid option. The module must then be reassembled and relinked.
