Reason:
A request to enable the collection of CA ADS dialog-level statistics has been disallowed because CA IDMS/DC task statistics and transaction statistics are not enabled.
CA ADS dialog statistics cannot be enabled unless task statistics have been enabled at system generation <and> transaction statistics have been enabled either at system generation or by using the DCMT VARY STATISTICS TRANSACTION ON command.
