Reason:
The weight factor of a DDS PTE must be greater than zero.
A user attempted to vary a DDS PTE to a weight factor of zero. Starting with Release 10.2, a DDS PTE cannot be zero. Varying a DDS PTE to a weight factor of zero can cause problems in the network. Vary the PTE weight to any positive number.
