Reason:
The user attempted to delete a program definition dynamically, but the program was being used by the indicated task. Check the spelling of the entered program name. If the spelling is correct, wait until the identified task has terminated and reissue the DCMT VARY DYNAMIC PROGRAM command.
To determine whether a task is active, either issue the DCMT DISPLAY ACTIVE TASKS command repeatedly until the identified task is no longer running, or use the OPER system task to monitor the identified task.
