Reason:
The user has attempted to requeue a report on the indicated printer, but the printer is not active; reports can be requeued only on active printers. Check the spelling of the entered logical terminal identifier. If the spelling is correct, the report probably finished printing between the time that the user determined the logical terminal identifier and the time that the user entered the DCMT command. The DCMT DISPLAY PRINTER command can be used to determine whether a printer is active.
