Reason:
The user attempted to release all resources from the indicated logical terminal, but the resources were in use by the named task. Check the spelling of the entered logical terminal identifier. If the spelling is correct, wait until the identified task terminates and reissue the DCMT VARY LTERM command. To determine whether a task is active, either issue the DCMT DISPLAY ACTIVE TASKS command repeatedly until the identified task is no longer associated with the logical terminal, or use the OPER system task to monitor the identified task.
