Reason:
The user entered the name of a program that is neither in the data dictionary load area nor in the system load library. If the named program is a CA ADS dialog, a map, or a subschema, ensure that the program has been generated successfully. If the named program is written in a conventional programming language, link the program into the system load library. After ensuring that the program is available, reissue the DCMT VARY PROGRAM command.
