Reason:
The user has attempted to terminate a task that either does not exist or cannot be terminated. When a task issues a request for service, it gives control to the system module that services the request. For example, when a program within a user task issues a database DML statement, it gives control to IDMSDBMS. The user task cannot be terminated while system software is in control; the user task can be terminated after the system software returns control to the task. Ensure that the task identifier was keyed correctly. If the task identifier was keyed correctly, retry the task termination request. If necessary, make several attempts to terminate the task. The DCMT DISPLAY ACTIVE TASKS command can be used to determine whether the task is still active.
