Reason:
This message indicates that signon for a run unit by the user has failed. Either RHDCSNON cannot find a free Run-unit Element, or the data dictionary Run-unit Area is not available. If the SIGNON task was invoked directly from a terminal (that is, the user keyed in the SIGNON task code), <idms-status-code> is blank. If the SIGNON task was invoked from a user program (by means of the DML LINK command), <idms-status-code> contains a value and the new Signon Element is freed. The most frequent cause of this error is an attempt to sign on while the data dictionary DDLDML area is offline. Ensure that the DDLDML area is available and that no local job has readied the area for update when the signon is attempted.
