Reason:
An attempt to change the user password during SIGNON was not successful because either the security catalog area DDLSEC or the SIGNON run units are in retrieval mode. Both the DDLSEC area and the SIGNON run units must be in update mode to change the password during SIGNON. Contact your Security Administrator for further information. SIGNON completes successfully RC=0.
