Reason:

The user identifier has not been given to the SIGNON program (that is, the user identifier field is null). This is caused by one of three conditions, as follows:

• The user has entered no user identifier
• The user has entered the user identifier in an incorrect format

This message may be issued alone or with message DC258911 or DC258912. Enter a valid user identifier. To avoid this problem in the future, enter a valid user identifier when invoking the SIGNON task. Refer to the CA IDMS System Tasks and Operator Commands Guide for the SIGNON task statement format.
