UNABLE TO ALLOCATE RLE or RCE for QCE.

Reason:

RHDCQUED was unable to allocate a type 6 RLE/RCE pair. Possible causes include:

• SYSGEN was defined with too few RLEs and/or RCEs, or
• A very large number of existing queues were found in DDLDCRUN area by the queue cleanup task (QUED). This could be due to a printer failure resulting in an excessive number of unprinted reports.

Modify SYSGEN to increase the number of RLEs and RCEs and cycle the system.
