Reason:
While scanning the DDLDCQUE area, RHDCQUED encountered a queue extent with no records. The probable cause is that RHDCQUED was run after a task had retrieved all the records from the named queue, but before the extent was deleted from the DDLDCQUE area. Reexecute the task that invokes RHDCQUED. If the problem persists, check the application that creates and accesses the queue.
