Reason:
The automatic editing feature of the mapping facility has encountered a data error. If the data is known to be correct, check the anticipated data against the following definitions for the field and the record element:
It is often useful to define a NOT FOUND catchall or a null string ('') in a code table to handle unanticipated values.
This message and message DC242014 identify the same condition but are associated with different severities. The value specified in the EXECUTE ON ERRORS field of the Response Process Definition screen of the CA ADS dialog compiler determines which message a user receives. A YES value for the EXECUTE ON ERRORS field specifies that execution of the task continues and message DC242017 is issued when an error in data is encountered.
Execution continues despite this error; the program must include code to handle problems that arise from this error.
