Reason:
No device independence table exists with the unique3-character name specified either at SYSGEN time by the SCREEN parameter of the PTERM statement or at runtime by the DCUF DCUF SET SCREEN command. Either the table has not yet been created or the name has been incorrectly specified at SYSGEN or at runtime. The RHDCTTBL program is used to create a device independence table and assign it a 3-character name.
