Reason:
Error: There are outstanding RRS URs and the central version log name is different from the log name by which RRS knows a prior instance of the central version. This can happen if the central version was started with a wrong node name or if the central version journal files were prematurely formatted.
Action:
If the central version was started with a wrong node name or with wrong journal files, correct the error and restart. This message leads to DC224005.
