Reason:
IDMSBRBK has had a problem in rolling out a run unit. There should be a previous message indicating the cause of the problem.
The task will wait 30 seconds and try to rollback again. If the rollback fails again this process will repeat until the problem is corrected or until the CV is cancelled.
This message will be issued every 10 times the rollback fails, or every 5 minutes.
If the problem is not correctable, all other activity on the CV should be stopped, the CV cancelled, and warmstart attempted. If warmstart has the same problem, then manual recovery will be required.
