Reason:
This message is written when the active disk journal file is full and requires offload using the ARCHIVE JOURNAL utility. The system continues processing by swapping to the next journal file specified in the DMCL.
This message should now be followed by message DC205030 which will identify the program that caused the journal swap and how much journal space it is using. If there is no transaction associated with the Journal swap, the extra message is not displayed. This happens when a DCMT Vary Journal command is issued and could happen at other times.
