DDS-SVC DRIVER <node-name (pte-name)>EXCEEDED SIGNON COUNT

Reason:

This is an internal message that indicates a loop within the DDS SVC driver during driver signon. The two nodes attempting to connect are in a disconnect-connect loop, and this stops what would be a infinite loop. Attempt to connect the nodes by performing the following:

• Vary the lines of both nodes offline
• Vary the lines of both nodes back online
