Unable to find BGIN/COMT Ckptsfor all active Transactions

Reason:

Automatic recovery has reached the end of the disk journal file without finding BGIN (begin) or COMT (commit) checkpoints for all active run units being rolled out. This condition is often the result of one of the following:

• IDMSBCF has been run with OFFLOAD=ONLY to offload a journal while The DC/UCF system is active or to offload a journal needed for DC/UCF system WARMSTART.
• IDMSBCF has been run with a DMCL different from that used for the DC/UCF system. The two DMCLs specify different block counts. A system internal error has occurred.
