Reason:
Warmstart was unable to recover all transactions due to I/O errors on the database file or because the state of a distributed transaction was in-doubt. These transactions will remain open through startup.
Updated records will be locked to protect them. Once CV is started, an attempt to rollback transactions with I/O errors will be made. If the rollback fails again, the transaction will be suspended, pending manual recovery of the database files.
Once the files are recovered according to procedure and the file made active the suspended transactions will restart and recovery completed.
In-doubt transactions will be committed or rolled back based on resynchronization outcomes with other nodes.
