Reason:
Warmstart found a mismatch of the name or the date/timestamp between the DMCL being used to bring up the current execution of the CA IDMS central version and the DMCL used by the previous execution as recorded on the journals.
Action:
Restart the CV using the same DMCL used to create the current journal files or override the DMCL using the JRNLDTS parameter through the SYSIDMS file. This message is accompanied by messages DC202028 and DC202029.
