Reason:
All journal records have been processed, but one or more journal records were not restored due to one reason or another. Detailed messages will follow this one.
A NOSP error means that there is insufficient space available on the target database page to restore the journal image.
An I/O error means some error occurred or a problem was detected during an I/O call. It may be a real I/O error or it may be another problem in the environment. It may be an internal error of some kind.
