Reason:
The central version is starting to shut itself down. No more external run units are allowed to sign on. The CA IDMS central version waits for currently executing run units to terminate before continuing to shut down. This message is one in a sequence of messages that appears as a normal response to an operator SHUTDOWN command. If a DCMT SHUTDOWN command is used, message DC260001 replaces this message in the sequence of messages.
