Reason:
This message only occurs in batch, and only in VSE/ESA release 1 version 1 (VSE/ESA 1.1). In VSE/ESA version 2 (VSE/ESA 1.2), the return code is passed to VSE/ESA. A nonzero return code has been returned by a batch run. The operator is given an opportunity to cancel the job. A user error was detected while executing a batch program.
CANCEL cancels the job; ENTER or EOB with no data permits the job to continue.
Depending on how the job stream is set up, press ENTER/EOB if the job step is not critical; otherwise enter CANCEL. After the job ends, check the output for the user error that caused the nonzero return code.
