Reason:

This message is returned in response to a VARY AREA ONLINE command when the area specified is already locked for update. This error is often the result of one of the following:

• Another DC/UCF system has the area locked in update.
• A local run unit has the area locked in update.
• The area is locked because an abort by a DC/UCF system or local run unit has occurred, but the recovery of the area has not been performed.
