Reason:
The DC storage pool is not large enough to load this external program. This program is required for successful execution of the batch compiler. It must be included in the load module. Either the ADSOBGEN load module must be relinked to include the ADSOOPTI module explicitly or it must be determined why the storage pool is depleted (since the ADSOOPTI module is not large). A dump may be needed to resolve the storage pool problem. The #LOAD macro return code is in Register 3.
