Reason:
The Universal Communications Element (UCE) has an identifier of "RGN1" when CA IDMS/DB calls the ADSORGEN load module. If this identifier is not recognized, CA ADS immediately aborts, since the validity of the call is questionable. Print the snap dump and look for this identifier in the first four bytes past the address in Register 5. Have the dump available when contacting Technical Support.
