Reason:
During allocation of the Dialog Generation Block, an error code was returned from the #GETSTG macro. Print the generated snap dump and look in R2 for the return code from #GETSTG. Look up the meaning of the return code in the CA IDMS DML Reference Guide for Assembler, and inform the System Administrator of the problem.
