Reason:
An error occurred while the CA ADS compiler was trying to build a symbol table for the current dialog. In processing duplicate sequence numbers for a process that has included modules, the count of sequence numbers for the process was found to be zero, which is invalid. This is a system internal error. A dump is generated. Run a PLOG to retrieve the dump, and contact Technical Support.
