Reason:
During an attempt to build a symbol table for the dialog, the dialog compiler could not find the LOADHDR-156 record that should have been created earlier in the compile processing. It is possible that another user deleted the dialog while the current user was in the middle of the compile process. In this case, redefine and recompile the dialog.
It is possible for a dialog to be deleted in the above manner while a symbol table is being created because the code that creates the dialog load module issues a COMMIT ALL before the symbol table builder (ADSOGSYM) obtains control. This is done so that the dictionary is not tied up unnecessarily.
