Reason:
A RETURN command was encountered that specified a RETURN TO dialog. The dialog does not currently exist in the application thread. Either the RETURN TO dialog name is incorrect or a nested application thread was established by a LINK command at a level lower than the RETURN TO dialog. Either change the RETURN command to correct the dialog name or redesign the application.
