Reason:
A batch control event (EOF or IOERR) occurred when the input file was read and no application response or dialog response process was found valid for that control event. Note that the application default response is not considered valid for IOERR unless it is specifically associated with IOERR in the CA ADS application compiler; however, an application default will be considered valid for EOF. A dialog default response process will be considered valid for any control event.
